Bound II is a male version of the Bound cenobite in previous movies. He wears a black leather male costume, much like the one Pinhead wears.
History
As a human Bound II was tormented and driven mad with his obsessison for womens flesh. He was a rapist, a Pedophile and a murderer doing many crimes as the days roll by. He used lies and false promises to lure children and young woman to his home where he would then rape and molest them he would then murder them as his wife watched on doing and saying nothing, That is until he found the box. Pinhead tempted Bound II to join him in his goal to exterminate the Lemarchand family bloodline and bring in more souls for Leviathan and rake in his own vile treasure of pleasures. He agreed.
Bound II was presented as a Hallucination to four party goers in Hellraiser: Hellword and he killed Mike on a hook as a haullucination which caused him to die from fear. In the real world Adam's father, the host who drugged the five party goers for wrapping his son up in the Hellraiser world causing his death which in turn killed three of the party goers and wounded two, opened the box Adam had only to have Pinhead arrive with Bound II and Chatterer III come and slaughter him for his misdeeds. He and Chatterer III appeared in the fan film No More Souls as they both slaughtered Pinhead on his own will. Sometime after this the cenobite Bound II was anihilated by the will of his prey and his wife was made into another Bound. ==Description ==
Bound II much like Bound has two leather straps, one covering his eyes blinding him, the other forced though his throat choking him. He also has many strands of wire cutting into the flesh on his head. He also seems to be very muscular as he can crank a huge hook with a large male on it as if it was nothing and he can swing a blade on a chain with ease as well.

- Bound II is portrayed by the same guy who was the deleted cenobite Spike.
- Although Bound II is said to be the second Bound he Chronologically came before Bound because Bound is his wife.
- The only difference in the Bound's aside from female and male is that Bound has nails in her head stretching skin of her scalp across them and Bound II has not
- The black leather costume that Bound II and Chatterer III wear looks very similar to Pinhead's outfit but where skin should be is black leather that looks like the skin areas on Pinhead.
- It could be possible that Leviathan wanted to continue Bound I's legacy.
