|Occupation||Cenobite; Servant of Leviathan|
|Base of Operations||Hell|
|Relatives||Dixie (Cenobite; Brother)|
Sometime after Pinhead fell into his first past life's incarnation, he found himself leading a group of older Cenobites in 1879, during Colorado's western age. The Fan Dancer, with her brother Dixie, became members of the Sufferer's Guild, alongside The Hangman, Scarred Hide, and Snake Oil. Together they rebelled and fought against Hell's Order, much like the present day Cenobites, until their end. Snake Oil and Dixie were destroyed after they were soaked in Snake Oil's chemicals, Hangman died after being dragged for miles under the wagon he had been riding, and Scarred Hide was eventually eliminated as well. The deaths of The Sufferer's Guild were later discovered to be the work of one man known as The Aggregate.
After Scarred Hide was eliminated Pinhead was sent into another past incarnation, leaving The Fan Dancer as the only surviving Cenobite of the Sufferer's Guild to survive. As The Fan Dancer is not known to be a Cenobite in present day Hell, her fate is unknown.
The Fan Dancer had blueish pale skin. She has long black hair and a bandaged face, the bandage covers one of her eyes. She has numerous tattoos and markings along her thighs, arms and face. Her primary weapon is her fan, which inspired her name, and has numerous blade fixated inside it. She wears a purple traditional outfit which makes her stand out as her other cenobite companions wear traditional black bound leather. The Fan Dancer also seems to be second-in-command after Scarred Hide. She is also the older sister of fellow cenobite Dixie and she was very protective of him.
- The Fan Dancer's appearance seems to be similar to some traditional Aboriginal designs, most likely to fit in better with the western theme, as this time period was all about settlement with explorers and the Aboriginal peoples.
