Dr. Paul Gregory is the department counselor and Episcopal for the Police Force. He was portrayed by James Remar.

Dr. Gregory has been Department Council since 1986.

Dr. Gregory . He seems to know a lot about The Engineer. Since he's done alot of research on him. Near the climax of the film, it is strongly suggested that he is the Engineer. Though he reveals his true form to Joseph, as Pinhead. He tells him to "Go...home."
