The Cenobite known as Pseudo Pinhead is a devoted apprentice of Pinhead created from Steven Craven after he was betrayed and skinned alive by his friend Nico Bradley. He appears as a more primitive form of Pinhead, but with his skin being held on by nails.

Pseudo Pinhead was once Steven Craven who, after opening the Lament Configuration on a trip to Mexico, was tortured and then made into a cenobite in order to help capture his escaped former friend Nico Bradley, who escaped Hell through the same means as Frank Cotton.
